- Your refund request is submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date
- You have not violated the Terms of Service

How to Request a Refund
Email us at revk3315196130@gmail.com with your order number (found in your Paddle receipt email) and a brief reason for the refund.
We will process your refund within 2 business days. Refunds are issued via Paddle back to your original payment method.
Your license key will be deactivated upon refund. Please uninstall the application after receiving your refund.
Processing Time
Once approved, refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
Exceptions
Refunds may be declined if:
- The request is made more than 30 days after purchase
- There is evidence of abuse (e.g., repeated purchase and refund cycles)
- The Terms of Service have been violated
Payment Processing
All payments and refunds are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle handles all billing on our behalf. For billing-specific inquiries you may also contact Paddle support directly.
