Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing or using TermCanvas ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

2. License Grant

Upon purchase, VoidCraft Dev grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to:

• Install and use the Software on devices you own or control
• Use the Software for personal or commercial purposes

This license does not permit you to:

• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the Software
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Software for redistribution
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or license keys

3. One-Time Purchase

TermCanvas is sold as a one-time purchase. You will receive all future updates for the purchased major version at no additional cost. We reserve the right to charge for major version upgrades.

4. License Keys

Your license key is personal and must not be shared. Each purchase grants a license for use on a reasonable number of personal devices (up to 3). License keys are validated via our licensing server. An internet connection is required for activation.

5. Intellectual Property

TermCanvas and all associated intellectual property rights remain the property of VoidCraft Dev. These Terms do not grant you any rights to trademarks, logos, or branding.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. VoidCraft Dev does not warrant that the Software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any particular purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VoidCraft Dev shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Software.

8. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically if you breach any of its terms. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Software in your possession.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
